I am proud to be a Realtor here and to call Ashe County home. After spending many weekends visiting Ashe County canoeing the New River, fishing, hiking, picnicking & biking, my husband, Raymond, and I purchased our mountain home in the Glendale Springs community of West Jefferson with a dream of one day moving to Ashe County. In 2002, our dream came true and we relocated from Greensboro. No more rushing back to the city on Sundays afternoons. When we relax on our deck we see the New River, deer, geese, ducks, wild turkeys and an occasional heron, fish hawk or screech owl. Rarely do we hear lawn mowers or leaf blowers or experience rush hour traffic. The sounds we hear are nature related. How nice! Living in the Ashe County mountains is as easy and laid back as a Sunday morning.
I began my real estate career in Greensboro with a local home developer and truly enjoyed helping people find the home of their dreams. In addition to real estate sales, I also have an extensive marketing & advertising sales background as I held sales and management positions at various advertising firms in Dallas, TX and in Greensboro, NC.
After moving to Ashe County, I looked forward to getting involved in real estate again so I could help people find their dream home in the High Country. I have assisted many families in buying and selling real estate since 2004. It is such a pleasure to introduce newcomers to our beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains and to also help families who currently live in Ashe County with their real estate needs.
